As the third of the Harry Potter books makes its way into film, the interest in the series is still strong. The Scotsman takes a look at the continuing popularity of Harry Potter and has this from one knowledgeable fan, Leaky's managing editor, Melissa Anelli:
"The notion that Harry Potter is a series for kids is a notion JK Rowing herself does not ascribe to. She has always said she is writing the story that’s in her head, and the audience will fall where it may.

"That’s the reason Harry Potter does not fit easily into a demographic. It always goes back to the author. When the author’s only focus is to write a great story, anyone who loves a great story will respond - and everyone loves a great story."
