According to Yahoo News, a Lyon and Turnbull auction is soon to house a very special item:

The auction house is also selling an uncorrected proof copy of J.K. Rowling's first Harry Potter book -- "Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone" -- which is expected to sell for up to 3,000 pounds.
The item will run alongside a first-edition Jane Austen. There are proofs of CoS and PoA up for grabs as well, from Sotheby's.(Thanks Slon, for the link!)
